Sorors in Indiana
Hello Sorors, I just wanted to know who all either lives in or pledged in Indiana. I am just being nosey! I wanna know where ya'll are at cause I see some of you riding down the street sporting our wonderful frontplates but I would feel like suuuch a Neo http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/rolleyes.gif if I sped up and honked and waved at every Soror I saw. Anyone?

LOL..Why not??...I mean I dont sit and meditate on it all day...but here in my city I see so many greek tags on cars..its virtually impossible to know every member of your org in this city. If I was a member and was driving behind a car with my org's letters..I would want to atleast acknowledge that brother/sister as frat/soror. I' m sure you all have your own way of doing it without causing 32 car pile-ups. :-)
Peace and Love |

It is so ironic that I should post this topic because just yesterday, there was a car behind me and she kept riding up on my butt...guess I wasn't going fast enough?!? Well I have an AKA frame around my license plate and a AKA sticker in my window (I'm a neo geesh give me a break!) So the car behind me KNOOOOWS I am an AKA, they speed back into the other lane, ride up beside me, give me a DIRTY http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif DIRTY http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif DIRTY look and then speed off...and guess what...she had an AKA frame too!!! I am hoping and praying and guessing that this was just someone who borrowed the car, maybe she was driving her mother's car??? Yeah that's it, her mom's car! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif

This is so fummy that this subject came up. I was just talking about greek courtesy the other day with a soror. I don't know about you fellow greeks but when I am driving my akamobile I tend to drive a little friendlier towards other greeks. Reason being is my car is easly identifiable due to my front AKA plate, rear one and F.O.P emblem. My question is do you extend more curtesy to greeks when driving.

Hi- don't mean to be nosey but I graduated from Indiana State University. My roommate pledged AKA and they are known for their total class and beauty!!!

In response to Ms. Revlon, yes I do act friendlier in regards to driving when it comes to Greeks. Don't ask me why, it's just a natural instinct! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

If it's a GOOD day, I am a friendly driver to EVERYONE.
If it's a bad day...get out of my way! Can we say ROAD RAGE? |
Hi Soror Elite Spring01! I was made SP90 at the U. of Notre Dame in good old South Bend, IN as a Boule member! I no longer live there, though, but I can feel you on the wanting to wave/skee wee at every person you see in an AKAmobile. I did that a few times as a neo as well.
What chapter are you from (not that I would know any of the sorors on your campus now, but I did know quite a few sorors from IU, Purdue and the city chapter in Gary in my day)? |
Skee-Wee Disco!!! I am from Pi Lambda Chapter, DePauw University !!!
