How does your ADPi chapter use the following to support your membership?

2) Chapter Communication
3) Exec Board
4) Teams and Committees
5) Recognizing chapter members

Non-ADPi's, we'd love to hear your ideas, too, about retention of initiated/older collegiate members at your chapters, too!
