I knew she would win!!!!! Way to go! I'm so proud of her. She deserved it.

The game was awesome! I missed the last part...I had to be somewhere at 11am. From what I saw my girl showed herself to be a true champion!!!

The doubles match was cancelled yesterday (due to rain) so they (Serena and Venus) play this morning. The Today Show showed a clip from the start but I guess NBC wasn't going to broadcast the match. Does anyone know if they won?

According to what I just read on Yahoo, the Williams sisters won the women's doubles title!

Yeah. Soror Zina was there the entire time. Well, let me put it this way. She was there that day where Venus had beaten Hingis. NBC showed Mr. Williams going down to speak with her at her seat.

And to think, a commentator said it wasn't her time to shine yet, maybe later but not now. I wonder how does eating those words feel and did he add a little salt when he ate them.

Venus and Serena did win the doubles match in 70 minutes! Whoa!

Serena was able to come out on top after all. The commentators said they almost overslept because they had attended the Wimbledon Ball last night.

That did not matter...they still tore that **** up!

I got interested in tennis ten years ago when Soror Zina Garrison Jackson made it to the Wimbledon finals. I read that she was sitting in the guest box to cheer Venus on! She also wrote Venus a note that said "the time is now"!!

She did it AGAIN!!!!!!

She WON Wimbledon AGAIN!

Congrats to the Williams' sisters- I am so proud of them.
