Fun news!
Hi ladies! I have been MIA for a few days as I was in Puerto Rico with my FIANCE!!!
We got engaged on Weds. night - the first night we got there. It was all very sweet and romantic and I'm so exctied! I'm so excited to be back here where I can gush to people! In PR all of Orlando's family speaks Spanish and I don't so I've been waiting almost a week to gush! It's a round stone set in platinum with a long, thin baguette on either side. It's so beautiful and just what I'd hoped for! I took a pic with the digital camera that I need to send to the parents. If I ever figure out how to post it on here I will! Thanks for listening!!!! I stopped for a minute to look at the ring in the moonlight (I know :rolleyes: ). When I looked up, there was one of those plastic owls on a ledge in front of me - the kind you put out to scare birds. I said something to Orlando like "Look, an owl! It's a sign - the Chi O gods are telling me they approve!" He groaned!!! :D |

The day you've waited for came, and we're all so happy for you! I know exactly the style of ring you described...sorta the Harry Winston look ;) It must be beautiful!!! So have you all set a date for the wedding? I know it must be a wirlwind of fun and emotions for you right now, so enjoy it!
