Conferences??
 

Howdy Ladies,

I had a couple questions regarding conferences.

First of all, since our chapter will be in development in Fall 2004, will we be able to attend the National Conference?

Second, are regional conferences always held in the spring?

Third - do we know yet who is hosting the West Regional Conference for Spring 2005?

Just curious... Fill me in if anybody has any info!

Well, I can answer the first two for you -- and with any luck, someone from the Western region will happen along for the third!

Absolutely, SID members can attend National Convention. In fact, it is a terrific way to feel like a part of the larger sorority, meet new people and learn a lot about running your own chapter.

Regional conferences are always held after the first of the year. Depending on the region, that can be from late January through April.

Awesome - thanks so much for the info. I'm excited about National Conference now, hopefully we'll be able to get in gear and send some of our ladies - I can't wait to pass that along!
