For My chapter:

I'd donate monies to our Programs account, and since I am on the Scholarship Committee, I'd add some funds there to increase the number of Scholarships the Chapter gives to high school students.
And, I'd donate money to purchase property to build a "house". http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

For the ORG?
I'd donate money to the ON-TRACK program and build MORE Ivy AKAdemies.

For myself, as a member? (added that)
I'd put some money aside to become a LIFE member. I'd pay my dues, Boule, and Regional Conferences for a few years AHEAD of time!

Lottery Winnings
 

Let's say you win 50 million dollars in the lottery. What 1 thing would you do for your org? What 1 thing would you do for your chapter?

After taking care of the home front (God, family,) this is following:

For the org: Contribute a percentage to all of our programs

For the chapter: Take care of the expenses so that the chapter as a whole (active members of course) can attend regional and Boule – for one year.

For Me: (Since I’m following pattern) Become a life member and also finance my sponsor so she can become a life member too…….hmmmm I just might sponsor the whole chapter – (small chapter) – so just in case a soror has to transfer – she would be in good standing!!!

I can't believe this topic didn't jump off. Have anyone thought about it?

I'm not a member of any sorority (but an aspirant of Alpha Kappa Alpha). However, if I were to receive 50 million dollars this is what I would do:

PERSONAL:
1) Tithe
2) Pay any outstanding debts I have may have

SORORITY MINDED:
3) Pay the dues for my line sisters for the next 3 years so that they will have no reason to NOT be financially active.
4) Sponsor my chapter to attend Regionals and Boule for the two years
