2 Weeks Notice
 

So I've decided to leave my job...do I HAVE to give 2 weeks notice? Isn't the peace sign enough, lol.:D

Now girl you know I'm going to hurt you. Give them the two weeks notice. It will be better for you in the long run should a future employer choose to check your employment history.

But that means I have to stay for 2 more weeks. [insert crying smiley here] Can't take the torture....

How about you give the 2 weeks notice and the Peace Out Sign :)

Now you know you know better! I know the feeling because I've been there a few times but we must grin and bear it..............then on your last day give them the peace sign!

Only time I will walk away and just give a Peace sign is if I won the lottery, then I might just give the finger.

One person at my job gave her two weeks notice and took vacation for the entire time so she didn't have to come back.

Now that sounds like a GOOD idea!

At my old job they would lock your vacation as soon as you gave your two weeks notice. One woman did take vacation but she turned in her slip BEFORE giving her two weeks.

Well to update everyone....I've left my job!:D

To heck with the 2 weeks, huh? :)

LOL. Pretty much. Now I get to watch Different World! YAY!

Depending on the job and how they treated me, they would have been lucky to get a peace sign let alone two weeks notice.:rolleyes: :p
