Which ONE would you choose?
|
Hello Sorors and sisterfriends!
I would definately choose LOVE! |
I'd have to say SUCCESS because w/ success comes wealth, and love is overrated.
|
I would have to say SUCCESS.
I would like to be SUCCESSFUL in giving and receiving love. I would like to be SUCCESSFUL in obtaining wealth ( mentally, emotionally, spititually, finacially) |
I'm with the majority on this one.....Success
|
I would definitly choose success
|
Surprisingly, I'd choose Love.
|
I would choose success, because there is so much you can gain from being successful.
|
I would choose SUCCESS. It is very broad, yet upon achieving it I am happy in whatever I define as success.

I would choose love. The other two (wealth and success) would be absolutely meaningless without it. Look at the people who've achieved the other two and are/were miserable:
Phylis Hyman Marilyn Monroe Dorothy Dandridge Robert Downey Jr. Michael Jackson to name a few... ------------------ "Unless you know the road you've come down, you cannot know where you are going" ~Temme proverb, Sierre Leone~ |
love...success is overrated and subjective...success according to who and in what avenue...financially, educationally...wealth is also overrated...is is economic or spiritual...so...i'd say i'd rather have love...because without love...nothing else matters...you are empty and purposeless...

Success
Success includes all aspects of your life, it includes a SUCCESSFUL love life, SUCCESSFUL career and we all know with a SUCCESSFUL career comes some amount of wealth. |
http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif It is refreshing to see that there are others in agreement with me, I too would choose success. Love can give you misery and so can wealth, but to be successful you must love yourself and that is the best gift of all. Sawree...Did'nt mean to sound like Whitney Houston, lol

I'd choose LOVE. I often feel sad for people who are mega-wealthy and successful but are so unhappy in their lives because they have nobody to share that success and wealth with.
Love, for me, is defined three-fold. First, is SELF-LOVE. Without out it, you cannot Love another person nor can you truly have success. Second, is OUTWARD-LOVE - the Love you show and share with other people, whether its your spouse, partner, children, family or friends. Third, and perhaps should have been first, is CHRIST'S-LOVE - the Love I have for God, my heavenly father and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The returns on "Christ's Love" are far better than any salary or investment. And when you truly believe that, your blessing will be abundant. All the money in the world could not replace that. Furthermore, I am a Christian woman and I believe that my Success and Wealth are in God's hands and only he can define that for me. |
