Did anyone else watch this tonight on MTV?!?

First of all - why would you and your twin brother BOTH want to look like Brad Pitt??! Second - is this coming out of pocket or is MTV paying?!? B/c these guys were only 21 and had like $30,000 worth of facial and oral sugery. Third - in the end, although they looked better, they still looked nothing like Brad Pitt...:rolleyes:

If there was any evidence of what is wrong with pop culture today = this is!!!! How horrible to showcase obviously poor confused teenagers/young adults trying to transform themselves into a famous face? MTV almost has to pay for this...... unless these guys are rich.

I mean, granted I would like to look like Britney Spears. But not nearly enough to have surgery - besides I like the way I look, and nobody could convince me to go through all that.

I think it is so sad that people would go through this. I mean being 50 years old and wanting a facelift is one thing...... being 21 and wanting to look like Brad Pitt... That is just sad.

i thought the guys were ugly afterwards, but i didn't really see what they looked like before (i only caught the show at the end)

The guy was really fugly before and just plain fugly after. He did not look like Brad Pitt in the slightest. Next week, a girl will attempt to look like Britney Spears. :rolleyes:

I've always thought that most surgeons won't do surgeries like that. Many times, people who want such a drastic facial reconstruction like that usually suffer from low esteem and won't be happy with anything...even if they really do like Brad Pitt and Britney Spears in the end. Plus, completely reconstructing the face like that can cause a lot of complications.

Why do I always get suckered into the crap shows??? :confused:
I'll see a commercial for it and say, "OMG, this looks like it's going to be a hot mess. I've got to watch it." The show is horrible and I hate myself for watching it but I can't seem to change the channel. This is the same for almost every reality show out there (including American Idol this season....blah!).

They ended up looking like Steven Cojocaru and God knows he's ugly! On the commercial where they wanna look like J Lo is that a guy?

This was absolutely the most @#$%ed up half hour of TV I've ever seen in my life. The guys are bad enough, and then to top it off, "Monica" who wouldn't give the one twin the time of day before the surgery was reconsidering it after!!! Aagh!

and I think if they would have just gone to a DERMATOLOGIST that might have solved their self-esteem problems somewhat, rather than putting a bunch of plastic & goo in your face.

I kept hoping Ashton Kutcher would show up and say "viewers, you got Punk'd!" but no such luck. This is actually real.

its mtv, im sure they will reair it at least 50 times today alone..

i would like to restate the obvious:

getting the makeovers probably won't get them laid any faster.

I think the one that wants to look like JLo is a transvestite.

I agree 33girl - a trip to the dermatologist would have helped immensely with their self-esteem.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the JLo wannabe was a SHIM.

And the twins definitely did not look remotely close to anything resembling Brad Pitt. What a waste of their (or MTV's) money.

Not a SHIM, heshe tried but we wouldn't give it a bid. It's a TPAN instead. :)

I'm almost embarrassed to say this, but I'm really P.O.ed that i missed this.. I love shows like this... i love seeing people that seem to have no common sense.

Okay, after looking at the still of Matt and Mike on the MTV site, I think they'd be better Tom Cruise's than Brad Pitt's. Anyone else see it?? (Esp in Matt)
