Daytime Emmy Nominations
 

The Daytime Emmy Nominations were announced yesterday- here are the nominations- http://www.nbc.com/nbc/Daytime_Emmys/

I'm happy Ellen got the most nominations! Being an ABC soaps fan, I'm rooting for GH for best drama, Dillon for best younger actor (though I also like Zander and wish he wasn't off the show), and Ric for best supporting actor. I wonder what the time frame is for choosing actors because Alexis is nominated- I wonder if it was for when she was pretending to be the butler because she hasn't impressed me so I was surprised with her nomination. I'm happy Carly got nominated too.

I noticed that Wayne Brady is up for a emmy. While it's cool for him, it's his last hurrah. His show got cancel. :(

I am really pulling for Tamara Braun (Carly on GH). She is an amazing actress that really took a difficult role and made it her own.

From the list it looks like the majority of them are all my ABC soaps that have them all pretty wrapped up ......yeah edged out all the other compitition from cbs and nbc!


No oprah this yr and some really good selections for talk show.....I cannot believe they cancelled wayne brady. I think if he had more national exposure then syndicated and at obscure times he would last because a lot of ppl think he is funnier then anything!

I love oprah but i think it was time to nominate others.


I like the list for reciepents for lifetime achievement!

I can't believe how long off they are ....may 21st. what a long wait.


Tamera Bruan is awesome! she plays carly so well and has made it her role. I never really liked the other one who played carly.


My best actor vote is hard i i am in love with ric hearst ( rick lansing) but i also love michael cambais from AMC both hot!


and the occasional abc traders who went to other shows Roger howarth ( todd ,oltl) is on another name show on another named network and cady mcclain ( dixie, AMC) on another trader show and trader network!

I'm glad ABC got so many nominations. But some people got left out. I would have liked to see Kassie DePiva (Blair) and Alicha Mischew (Kendall) get nominations. I'm surprised Susan Lucci got snubbed too. I'll be so pissed if Eden Riegel (Bianca) doesn't win this year. She always gets beat out by one of those B&B chicks. She really deserves it this year.

Yeah my grandmother watches B&B and Y&R and i watch them when i visit her and they can't act or over act over there....

Erin Reigel better get it. Her protrayal of bianca is killer! She kicks butt and takes names and so does Alica Minshew. these girls are awesome and well who can compare to Susan Lucci!
