First date post break up...
 

Hey all,
So, I'm going on my first date post break up with my ex over xmas... any advise? I really actually like this guy and he seems to like me too (for whatever reason). We met last weekend and exchanged numbers. We've talked several times on the phone since then. I like him... he's cute, funny, and easy to talk to. Date is tomorrow night and I'm nervous (I need to get over my first date jitters)... I guess we'll see what happens...

Since I'm a girl and this is what girls ask each other, where are you going and what are you going to wear? My only advice is just to be yourself and realize that he's probably nervous too... that always makes me feel a little better when I realize that I'm not the only one with butterflies in my tummy:)

I have no idea if this advice applies to girls as well as guys.

orgasms are mellowing for girls too... at least for me... i've never had one right before a date, but they sure work wonders closer to the end of a date to relax me...

So!! What ended up happening?

Okay guys sorry it took so long to respond. I've been a busy girl. So, our first "date" didn't turn out to be a one-on-one date with him and me, but a group outing with his best friend and the girl he was starting to date. I wore a simple black v-neck tank top with dark jeans and heels with a pale pink ribbon belt to add some color. My date wore a dark blue collared shirt with dark jeans and black dress shoes. He looked very preppy, which i like. We met up at a local club/bar and had a pretty good time. His friends were all very nice and easy to get along with. They all kept telling me that my date really likes me and keeps talking about me (stressing over when to call me) which made me feel good. He is sooooooo sweet to me and tells me that he likes me all the time. So, we had a good time that night (which was a Friday).

Then Saturday I had to close at work (till 11:30pm) so he called me on my cell and asked if i wanted to hang out afterwards. Of course i did want to even though i was really tired from the night before, work, and my chapter had Founders' Day that morning too. So after work i met him up at another bar and we hung out and got to know eachother better.

I guess i'm just excited to have something new to look forward to. Tomorrow we are going to hang out at his place and watch a movie, maybe pick up some subs. Something simple... non-alcohol related... very excited...!
