Does anyone know if you can hold membership in two alum chapter and if possible hold office in each group?

Sure, you could definitely be a dues paying member of two alumnae chapters if you wish. Just don't forget to keep your International dues paid too. Oddly enough some women forget and only pay their local dues.

To answer your other question though, I would think that being an officer in two different chapters might be spreading yourself a little thin and I'd probably discourage it. Alumnae chapters really do need a lot of care and feeding to get strong and stay strong.
