I'd love to go to this in the future. Do you know of any websites that provide travel information and accomodations?

Toronto.com has information about Caribana and hotels. Most places are booked and their prices for this particular weekend are high.

So, I'm FINALLY making it to Caribana this year. I've been saying I was going for years and now I'm making good on my word. I'm going with one of my girlfriends and I'm meeting up with an old flame while there, so this should be interesting. Anyone else going? Anyone else been and want to fill me in on what to expect? I know there are a couple of Canadians on the board, so if you're in Toronto, let's chat.

ETA: I'll be in Toronto from 7/29-8/1.

I'm a Toronto girl, born and raised and still living there.
I have yet to go to Caribana. I've been to a few clubs during Caribana but never the parade. I always had a great time parting. But it's usually too hot and too crowded for my liking during the parade so I watch the festivities comfortably from my home.
I'd love to eventually go.

But from what I hear it's nothing but a good time. Lots of people and lots of fun.
