Yes, New York pizza crust makes you think at genius levels. That's why we're the capital of the world.;)

As for me, I prefer the thin super think variety, ungreased with flour, and for the crust to be unseasoned.

This may be heresy considering where I am from, but give me a good New York style thin crust any day. Mmmmm.

ZTAngel 02-27-2004 03:56 PM

thin crust

my fav part of a pizza is the greasy cheese and I don't want the crust to get in the way of that :)

(I'm loving these pizza threads!!!)

MeLikey 02-27-2004 04:50 PM

Definitely thin crust!

ISUKappa 02-27-2004 04:54 PM

I'll eat any type of crust, but sometimes it depends on what I'm craving.

CatStarESP4 02-27-2004 11:18 PM

I love thin crust pizzas. I find them a little on the crunchy side.

That is absolutely false. Pizza in New York was first introduced by Sicilian immigrants, and there is detailed documentation to back this up.
