Interesting Fact About The Song Amazing Grace
 

I learned today in class that the song was written by a slave master who was bringing slaves back from Africa on a ship. While on his voyage, he realize what he was doing was horrible, and wrote the words to the now famous gospel song. Just thought i would share that with you guys

Very interesting. Amazing Grace on the bagpipes is one of my favorite songs ever.
