If so, how many chapters of Phi Sig are there? Are there any in GA??? Thanx!

You could probably find a lot of this information in the Phi Sigma Sigma forum or on the Phi Sigma Sigma national website.

Hi HollisterDXiChi, a quick glance at said forum indicates that there are a lot of that GLO here. Although those lettered subforums are frequently inactive or low traffic, Phi Sigma Sigma is not one of them :).

As mentioned before, there are a ton of us on here - feel free to stop by and visit anytime!

We don't have any active chapters in GA at this time, although we do have inactive chapters in Georgia, including Georgia State University.

You woulda got a quicker answer if you'd asked "Is that MTV sorority Delta Xi Omega local or NPC". :) MTV Sorority Life just looks for locals; no nationals to go through makes it easier. Delta Xi Omega was the subject of SL2 and there are locals with that name at SUNY Buffalo, Faulkner University, and Louisiana College probably among others. The MTV series showcased the Buffalo one.
Another way you could find out if it was national would be to go to the greek lettered forums on GC and look for it - since it's not there, and all the nationals are that'd tell you it was not national (in the sense of NPHC/NPC/NIC at least {and yep I know NIC is not for sororities :p}.
Plus, the umbrella body will always list all their member groups; often members of chapters of those groups know all the other groups as 33Girl did.
Also, a quick search on google will usually always bring up the official nationals webpage in the first few results.
