Have ya'll checked the national website lately? It looks as if it's in the process of being redesigned...they've got links on the home page to some of the things that were harder to find. They've also got new pictures throughout the site.

One of the sisters from my undergraduate chapter is on the website under "Scholarships and Grants" at the very bottom of the page (with BetXi)! She was president my senior year.

FYI the pictures cycle every time you refresh, so the girl from your chapter with BetXi isn't always going to be there. I saw which one you meant, though!

I'm thinking it was high time for an update. The heritage page, for example, has been saying "look for a comprehensive heritage section update this fall/spring/summer" for as long as I can remember.

One thing I've always been interested in seeing would be a listing of all chapters by Greek letter designation, without having to click on the link for each state. I'm just curious about that stuff.

I also would like to see a chapter listing by Greek letter designation. I would be interested in seeing a list of ALL the chapters there ever were...even though the chapter is closed now I'd still be interested in knowing that there WAS a chapter there.

I guess I didn't surf around the site enough to notice the pictures cycling through. That's neat! It was time for an update.

I wish they could create a sisters-only login for like a chat section, in addition to the resources section.

Seriously!!! That would be great! I wonder if any of this stuff is planned for the future.
I wonder why they've been so slow to update. I'm sure there are sisters out there who have the necessary webpage skills who would help with it!
I know about the pictures cycling because some girls from my chapter used to be on there. Tried to show someone else, which is when I realized.
As for the chapter listing, I wonder if anyone has one of those anywhere online? Must remember to look for one...

i asked a while ago why they dont have a sisters only section and they said that they just dont have the funding, and they have other uses for the money that they do have. i really wish they would create one... and the list of all chapters ever established would be really interesting. it seems to me that by not including them, they're sending the alum of those chapters the signal that they just dont matter anymore. but thats just me...

That's a good point. I'd rather them use the money elsewhere. A sisters-only chat forum is not as important as expansion or programs or something else!!!

After reading the last two comments, I went and looked at some other NPC groups web sites and didn't see any that looked any more user friendly... I've never had a problem finding what I wanted on our site but maybe I'm missing something.

I'm curious what isn't user friendly about our site. Have you guys submitted suggestions to FHQ on what could be done to make it easier to use?

I'd agree that I would love to see a list of all chapters, active and inactive. I love that associations and chapters are able to very easily post their local activities and the resources area is great for officers and volunteers.
