tough pick up
how would you ask out a cute trainer at your gym?
I mean i wouldn't have a problem talking to him if i didn't look like crap after a workout. I don't even know his name and I can't sign up for a training session with him because a) they are really expensive and b) I already have a trainer. He is usually busy with a client or something and I have no info on him (whether he is single, his age, where he is from, etc). |

haha...in all honesty, just tell him you think he's cute and you want the digits. Also, you may want to do this either before a workout or maybe just run in there one day looking all cute and ask him then. But I like the "work the thighs" approach the best. |

And i know any guy would give you serious props for having the intestinal fortitude to actually pull that out to us. Kitso KS 361 points for you if you use it and he takes you up on it |
You should ask your trainer for details about the other trainer. That's what I would do.

Smart idea, and disregard all negative information . . men can be as catty as women lol . ..
Honestly, men are even more flattered than women by obvious attention (assuming you are at least average looking) if for no other reason than it happens less often, women are more discreet when checking men out. Get to the gym early and deliberately walk past him a couple times making eye contact and smiling. If he makes eye contact stop and introduce yourself, ask him for the digits. If he doesn't make eye contact stop him and ask him for his digits lol. Quote:

Just ask her out. Grow some balls first though.

LOL
That would take some courage though wouldn't it? Most guys won't just walk up to an umfamiliar girl let alone a girl do it to a boy. Quote:

If he is a trainer, he probably won't be grossed out by your sweaty, worked-out self - he might even find it a turn-on to see that you care about your health and fitness as much as he cares about his. He sees sweaty people all day, remember!
But, if that freaks you out, yeah, just talk to him before a workout. Try to get to know him, or ask him some sort of question that makes him feel like an expert - flattery works wonders everytime! Once you strike up a rapport, it will be easier to get the confidence to go in for the kill. |
there is a seminar about personal training tonight where all the trainers are supposed to be. i am going even though i have had training already. but hopefully i can at least get a name out of him. he's just always SO busy with his clients that i can't exactly walk up and be like "hi, can you help me with this..."
