Donate Old Eyeglasses
 

Where can I go to donate eyeglasses? I went today to get a new prescription and will be looking pretty sporty on the days I wear my eyeglasses. :cool:

I just want to be able to donate my old eyeglasses where the less fortunate can have access to them for free or reduced price.

I believe Len's Crafters or Eyeglass World donates old glasses to the less fortunate.

Also ask your local eye doctor if he/she participates in this type of program (and save yourself a trip). They may collect them right there at the office.

I went to LensCrafters this morning but accidentally left them at home. I still have to go back to get the glasses so I will take them back. Thanks. :)

I donated my old glasses to the Lions' Club after laser surgery! Just so happens that my school here had a box that someone would come by and pick up.

Sometimes you can find these boxes at your local grocery stores.
