Boarding Schools and Teacher Pay

Anyone know how much teachers/instructors get paid to teach/live at a boarding school. I am interested in possibly taking a job in New England at a boarding school. They won't give me a salary possibility over the phone. They say to apply and come be interviewed and all things are discussed there. I do not want to waste my time-or theirs, interviewing if the pay is too low. So, anyone out there know how much a person can make at for instance The Hill School in Pottstown PN. I have a masters degree and 1 year of teaching experience.

I looked into this last year, and had to make a tough decision between doing that and going on to grad school. Because your housing, board, and insurance are covered, the offers I received were between 10 and 15 grand for the most prestigious boarding schools--that was for someone coming right out of undergrad, so you'd probably get more with experience and a Master's. Most are in small-town and rural settings, so it's not as if your cost of living will be that high. In some cases, your travel to school trips (especially in international schools) will be covered as well.
