Double Vision
 

Hello ladies,

I decided to post this here because I didn't feel like asking one of our consultants..... I met some AGDs from the states and they mentioned a program that Lambda Chi and AGD do on campuses they share called Double Vision....

I just want to know anything about it....

here's a brief description on it from ihq's website:

Programming for collegiate men and women at universities throughout North America, in cooperation with Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, dealing with gender perceptions, changing roles and the effect of alcohol and behavioral patterns on relationships between the sexes.


if i remember correctly, my chapter would focus on getting men and women to work together and get rid of gender stereotyping.

Doble Vision is a fabulous program that gets men and women together to talk about gender issues. When I worked at IHQ I presented this program with a Lambda Chi at colleges and universities.

You should ask one of your consultants about the program. It is fantastic and a lot of fun too!!!

I know that Double Vision has been going through some revision over the past few years... I used to be on the volunteer committee that worked with programs. Your best bet would be to contact your Chapter Services department at Lambda Chi's headquarters... they work with our Chapter Services folks to get it scheduled. I think the revision is still in progress, however, so it might not be actively presented at this time. It is a great program though! :)
