Hey everyone I am new on this message board and am very excited to have found out about it because I am always looking to swap ideas with other Sigma's. Anyway I am the new Membership Recruitment Director for the Zeta Omnicron chapter at Seton Hall University. I have quite a job ahead of me because our chapter is very small and we are in the process of rebuilding. Anyway if anyone has any ideas as to what myself or my sisters can do to bring i nmore girls please let me know. We are graduating 9 sisters at the end of this semester and we only have 20 active sisters. Formal recruitment isnt over yet however i think we are only getting 3 girls. So any ideas would help

I'm assuming your done with formal rec. now, but i was wondering if you were still looking for ideas. I'm for the delta omicron chapter at gettysburg college. we were just installed last year so obviously are small and we have been pretty successful at recruiting. we are losing 12 seniors, and we only got three girls during formal but have managed to c.o.b. for another 14 girls this year. so now we have surpassed the girls we're losing by 5 and we doubled the size of next year's senior class. not sure if that makes sense, but let me know if you need ideas cuz let me tell ya we've been through it all!!
