There was this computer whiz I used to know, and while we were chatting he would somehow make it so that whenever I hit keys on my keyboard it would do the same thing as yours is doing...I really don't know how he did it and I really don't care, but aside from a situation like that I wonder if you have some kind of virus or something. :confused: That's weird.

Restart your computer and run a virus check with the most recent virus updates if that doesn't work.

did you by chance spill anything in your keyboard?

Num Lock.

Find the function key that says Num Lock on it then hit it while holding down either Fn or Shift. It's different on every laptop.
