What helped/what didn't with recruitment
 

Hey everyone! I was wondering if you guys could share what worked with recruiting women and what didn't? Everything my chapter does seems to be unsuccessful. So, if you guys could leave me some input that I can bring back to my chapter or to just my president and recruitment chair(s) that be wonderful!

if you give us a little more information about your chapter and your school, i.e. large, medium or small college, commuter or residential college, how many sororities, size of your chapter, size of largest chapter(if not yours), size of smallest chapter and some of the things your chapter has done that you did not feel were successful- is it recruitment, sisterhood, volunteering, fundraisers, etc., we might be able to help you.
