The next Coen Brothers movie (Fargo, Big Lebowski, O Brother Where Art Though) looks good - it's supposed to be a dark, dark comedy starring Tom Hanks and Marlon Wayans.

I've seen the trailer, not sure when it comes out though.

I personally love the Coen Brothers, the most creative filmmakers working in the Hollywood system right now. O Brother Where Art Though is one of my favorite recent movies- and everyone with a good sense of humor loves Big Lebowski.

I just watched the trailer today. It looks good.

They haven't made a bad movie yet IMO. Some people didn't like their adventure into Romantic (black) comedy (intolerable cruelty), but it was still good IMO, fans just didn't like the genre move.

And there are no directors who have turned out such consistently good movies.

Raising Arizona, Barton Fink, Hudsucker Proxy, Fargo, Big Lebowski, O Brother Where Art Thou? . . . . Most directors would love to have made ONE movie like any of these

I don't know who this Lebowski person is....didn't she have the affair with Clinton?

It's going to be hard the next time the Coen brothers do a gig to sing the harmony without Bobby there. Hopefully Bill can pick up the slack. it is just so sad!!!

I saw a ladykillers commercial last night during the super bowl. who would have thought Hanks and Wayans would be good together but they look like they are going to be funny as hell.

This weekend, go to your nearest video store and pick up a copy of The Big Lebowski, along with some of your favorite alcoholic beverage(i'm gonna assume a sixer of Rolling Rock) and watch it.

33girl, by GLO I assume you mean Greek Life Organization. Going by this, I will answer your question.

I am a member of the Beta Alpha Chapter of Beta Theta Pi. This chapter is located at Kenyon College, a small liberal arts school located in central Ohio (in a small town called Gambier). I pledged in the spring semester of my freshmen year, that would be the second semester of the 1999-2000 academic school year. I am not familiar with "deferred rush" because no such thing existed at Kenyon.

Hope this answers your question and puts to rest any fears you had about me being a "steal marketer." I hope to keep using these boards in the future without having my integrity called into question. thanks.

And I find it curious that although you claim Greek membership, and are a fairly recent grad who would most likely be interested in what is happening in Greek life, you've never ever ever posted about any Greek matters. However, posts recommending movies, tv shows, and things we just **have** to see....there are plenty of those.

There are people who post mainly in the chit chat forums, but nearly all of them have AT LEAST ONE post about something Greek. That's what this board is for.

If you don't want your "integrity" called into question, don't conduct yourself in a way that makes people do so.

Maybe if I coud get a good package on Orbitz.com I could afford to see this wonderful movie package.

Maybe I'll go and watch it at the AMC where I can get great discounts with my MovieWatchers card.
