Roses & Thorns Thread
 

Roses are something positive in your life: For example, you get a new puppy.

Thorns are negative things in your life.

Only rule: You must list a rose for each thorn.

I have a rose for the way GC has returned to "normalcy" recently. No personal vendettas being carried out. No drama. So nice :D

I have a thorn because my shoulderblade doesn't feel any better after my bike fall on Friday. Going to get it x-rayed tommorow.

I've got a rose for all my 8th graders that we took skiing, they were extremely well behaved and very receptive to the instructors.

I've got a thorn for that stupid guy at the party i went to Saturday night. Yeah, i know it's your house dude, but when 2 girls go into a bathroom together it doesn't mean they're making out. There was no need for you to beat on the door and make a general ass of yourself, just to see a little Girl-on-Girl action. I saw the Girls Gone Wild video on your VCR, i know you've seen it before.

We do this at the end of my chapter's meetings! It was to ease the tension after a long two hours...

Thorns to me for eating so much chocolate...but I deserve it!

Roses for being off of work today!

Thorns for having washed my car on Thursday and now it's burried under 12 inches of snow!

I don't know if you guys know this, but every rose has its thorn.

Actually the Jacqueminot Rose has NO thorns....I guess that makes all AOII's thorn-less! :)

Roses to my church for voting me to be elder.

Thorns for worrying about income taxes untill all of the W-2's arrive.
