When I first started rush they weren't my first choice because they were prolly the group I knew the least about.

But once I started to meet the girls I was really impressed by how different they all were, but at the same time really close. And from the start they were the only group I could really talk about everything and feel completely comfortable. They were so much like me, but so much of what I wanted in my friends.

I'm so happy with the choice I've made and I feel so lucky that they picked me. I already love my pledge sisters, we get along so well and have so much fun together. :D

OK, you just summed up exactly how I felt when I rushed (way back in 1993)!! That's exactly how my rush went...they weren't the "known" group on campus, and every other rushee was gunning for the "top" groups. BUt I fell in love with the ASTs because they were so different, yet so close.

Can we use your quote? I want to send it to HQ to either use on the website or something similar. I think it's great!!!!
