beauti612, I'm not sure if I remember seeing posts from members of the Lambda Theta Alpha on GC, although I have certainly seen representation of Latino orgs here, generally. You might also like to post in the "Up & Coming National GLOs" forum which is listed down the page from the Greek Life forum, as latino, asian and multicultural orgs do post there too.
It's also possible that some members of NPC sororities and NIC fraternities have flourishing or growing chapters of Lambda Theta Alpha on their campus even though they are not members themselves. People always seem to like hearing about how other chapters of their orgs are doing elsewhere too! :)

P.S. Some representation of other similar orgs at least for example is from SIAsensacion (Sigma Alpha Iota) and Serenity (Sigma Lambda Upsilon). There quite a few multicultural sorority/fraternity members on GC too (those groups which includ progamming on cultural issues among other things). Best of luck with your search.
