Chapters?
 

Sorry to barge into your forum. I had a question. I looked at the Phi Mu website and could not find the answer. I attend Florida Atlantic University... I was walking near the dorms last week when I saw in the sidewalk the letters Phi Mu. As in someone drew in the wet cement. Now as far as I know, there hasnt been a Phi Mu at my school. But I was reading old newspaper articles the other day and it said that before the current 4 sororities, there used to be national ones that did not make it. Now I was wondering if ANYONE knows if there was a Phi Mu chapter, or maybe a colony at one point in time???
My advisor would not know because she is new to the school and doesnt know much about NPC sororities.

Yes, the Kappa Rho chapter was at FAU beginning in 1970. It has since closed (obviously) but my Phi Manual doesn't give info on exactly when that was.

according to our history book, kappa rho closed in 1975.
