Ebay Business
 

A friend and I are starting a business and using ebay to sell our product. Has any Greekchatter started his or her own business and used ebay? Any advice, suggestions, or information would be greatly appreciated. As you can probably tell, this is in the early stage. Thanks!!! :) :D

Thanks texas*princess! I can't believe we almost went with the PFHT, but decided against it, lol!

I figured that I would bump this thread since I started it in the middle of the night. I hope that ebay business people could share some of their experiences, the highs and the lows, so I can be prepared for what is in store and avoid any pitfalls you might have experienced. Thanks!

The only real problem that I've had is trying to hound people for money that they owe me and them getting pissed off at me for leaving negative feedback when ALL of my auctions say "Positive feedback will be left promptly upon receipt of payment. Item will be relisted if payment is not received within 10 days (no exceptions), and negative feedback will be left. Nonpaying bidder alerts and Final Value Credits will be filed on all transactions not completed by the bidder."

I'm glad you decided against it!! That rate of return on the PFHT, probably wouldn't have been very good :p

On a more serious note, I've only sold a few things on eBay... all I can say is describe in **detail**, and people love pictures of the item they will be bidding on.:)
