I still can't believe the Panthers are on their way to the superbowl. We are on cloud 9 here!

Congrats to the Panthers. I'm a Patriots fan but I do respect the Panthers for beating the Rams and the Eagles. Should be a fun superbowl.

Carolina deserves a ton of credit; they've played pretty damn well in the playoffs, their defense has been extremely impressive.

They'll have their hands full with the Pats, but it should be a good Super Bowl.

It's funny, neither of these teams has a reason to be hated, villified, etc. In the past few Super Bowls, you've had teams like the Ravens, the Raiders, players like Warren Sapp and Ray Lewis, guys who could be targets of hatred.

This year doesn't have it. No one on the Pats or Panthers really evokes those kind of emotions.

Uggg, I hope Carolina loses. Mainly because I live in NC, and I'll have to actually live with it!! The whole "Clay Aiken" thing was bad enough to live here with. :rolleyes:

I'm not from Carolina, can you tell??:D

Plus, they beat the Cowboys-I'm from Dallas-so they must lose!!:D

Blech! I hate the Panthers!!!! Hubby is a HUGE Panthers fan, so of course he's gloating right now. I told him it's okay, he won't be gloating for too much longer since they'll lose the one that counts.

It was definitely crazy here last night after the game. People were honking their horns in the streets, and you could hear people screaming and cheering all night long.
