New girls!!!!
 

Today was our bid day for informal recruitment. We extended bids to 8 girls, 1 accepted :) and we are still waiting to hear from one girl whether or not she accepts. This was the first time my school has done an informal recruit. So we knew we wouldn't get many girls.

The other sororoities on campus, Phi Sigma Sigma got 4 new girls, Alpha Delta Pi got 1, and Gamma Phi Beta extended 5 bids, 3 said no and they are waiting on two girls (Gamma Phi happens to be the biggest sorority on campus).

So well, now we have 2 official new members (another is cobing). We start COB events not this week but the next. So hopefully that goes very well!

When you say this is the first time your school has done informal recruitment, does that mean it was somewhat structured informal (as opposed to plain old COB)?

Yeah its structered.

YEA! So last week we pledged 5 new women! Our numbers are now at 26 w/the next bid class coming up soon!!!!! Hopefully we'll at least another 5-8 :) How'd everyone else do?
