docdaisy514 is a collector, not a sister.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=2684849384 This one is being bid on by a sister from Alpha chapter: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...item=365317733 |
Barbara-
I know that BPurks had the high bid on the badge, but now I don't recognize the bidder. HOW I CAN'T wait for our sister's forum to come back up!!! Do we know who has the high bid on it now? ZLAM, Meredith |
I know the seller of the badge that had the chip on the enamel, which was sold, now knows what to do with badges she gets. She had no idea that's what we did with them and said if she got anymore that she'd send it back to the nationals! :D

I thought it was wrong to have badges on e-bay.. so then wouldnt it make it wrong to bid on them too?? When i went through my new member process they told us to inform our GA or PP if we see any badges... Im sonfused now-- but I heard that IO doesnt like it and, well, im thinking maybe we shouldnt bid on badges... ok? :( ;)

RMUJamieZTA,
It's ok to bid on the badges if you're a ZTA because that way they won't get into non-ZTA hands. I don't think you would want someone who wasn't a ZTA walking around with a ZTA badge on. We were all lucky enough to get a ZTA bid and wouldn't want an independent collecting our badges. |
but wouldnt this be perpetuating collectors to get more badges? that way, more people will bid on them and they make more money? i just always thought it was wrong and un Zeta-like. besides, why would a non Zeta want to wear our badge? It has no meaning to them.. we are lucky enough to have it and people should be respectful to that
