Rrecruitment Ideas needed

Hi everyone! I just got elected Recruitment chair to my chapter and I was wondering if anyone had any great ideas for recruitment. Such as icebreakers, themes, either for COB or formal recruitment. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!
