Theta at Wake Forest?

When did Kappa Alpha Theta have a chapter at Wake Forest? I know it was once there, but when did they leave?

Theta national website says the Zeta Omicron chapter at Wake Forest was established in 1993 and closed ("disestablished" is the official term...funny!) in 2002.
