It played during the season premier of Real World: San Diego. One of the lines was "no need to impress you, just want to undress you."

I did a search on Google, but I don't think I found what I was looking for.

"The Real World" website usually puts up a list of all the songs in the episode. If you scroll to the bottom of this page there's a list of all the songs they played in the premiere.

Hopefully that narrows it down a bit.

Due to some extensive Googling, I found the lyrics and title here. The song is called "How We Do" by Mount Sims.
