John, have you checked Jon Sagara's web site showing all of Zetas web sites that he has been able to get? His is the best by far.

Also, you can probably contact Ron Wolfe, he is the HCB President for UCSB Lambda Chi Alpha and manages a lot of property in Isla Vista. His company is Ronald Wolfe & Associates property management out of Santa Barbara, CA. You can probably find his informaton online somewhere.
