Lunelle?
I was just surfing the net and I saw an advertisement for a new birth control shot called Lunelle. Apparently it's a shot that you take once a month. Has anyone heard about it/used it/know someone who uses it?
I try to stay up with women's health issue and I was surprised I never heard about this before. Here is the website: http://www.lunelle.com |
First off, why wouldn't you just take the one that lasts for 3 months? Secondly I don't trust any of the new BC methods anymore...After my HORROR http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gifStory with Noroplant I'd rather remember the pill!

NOT! I HATE SHOTS!
IF IT DOESN'T COME IN PILL FORM, THEN THIS HERE SISTA AIN'T USING IT! |
Be carefull ladies. While the new BC methods are very effictive, the long term effects have not been studied and the short term effects are very damaging. If you can, stick with the old school versions.

What might those be? |
Old School Versions are pills that come in different combinations of estrogen and progesterone. Some may be progesterone only pills. At any rate, these pills have been around since the fifties when BC was first started (not that long ago if you really think about it) and they have much less side effects. Even new versions of the pill like Ortho-tricycline does harsh things to the lining of your uterus. So if you really want to know the low down, ask your GYN.
