I love the new google pop up blocker. I too was getting an outragous amount of pop up all of the sudden.


Go to http://toolbar.google.com/

it is really great, I don't have any problems with it.

I use the Mozilla Firebird browser now and I don't get any pop-ups now. :D

You can also download Ad-Aware at www.lavasoft.com and that will remove any adware or spyware that is giving you pop ups.

You know I've gotten a lot more pop ups as well. As a matter of fact one morning I woke up with 7 new icons on my computer....they appeared to be from the same source, and were gambling icons. I WAS PISSED.

Ditto on the Google toolbar!!! I love it! Esp because it also has a Blog posting option, so now I can be cool & comment on all the websites I visit! http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies...s/sunshine.gif

BTW, I think Yahoo has also come up with a pop-up blocking toolbar...
