Did everyone have a good New Years??
 

I had an awesome time! One of my sisters had us all over yesterday evening to start pre partying and then we went to a gala downtown. It was really nice to get all dressed up! :) I had to sleep most of today to get rid of my hangover, but it was worth it! Hope you all had a wonderful time!!

Semi-formal party at the Hyatt. Party package came with a room for the night. Met up w/ the Mr's pledge brother and his fiance.

4 bands and a DJ, each in a different ballroom/exhibit hall. REALLY great food.

30-story atrium in the middle of the hotel - w/ 50,000 balloons dropped from the top at midnite. (Imagine a giant ball-crawl for adults when they all hit the floor.)

Didn't drop until about 2 AM.

Oh yeah--it was a good time.

new years in london
 

hey sistas! I spent new years on waterloo bridge over the river Thames in London for new years.... only 3 minutes of fireworks, though. It was pretty cool, but I wish I could have had my sisters with me to ring in the new year!! sniff

I worked the night shift at the hospital, and it was super busy. On a fun note, I admitted the "official" New Year's baby!

I was very sick for New Year's Eve, so I laid in bed reading old copies of Reader's Digest until 12:00, at which point I said "Woohoo 2004!" and promptly fell asleep. I know, exciting, huh? :)

I had an ear infection so I was on my third day of horse-pill antibiotics that weren't making my tummy too happy. :( I had a sip of champagne and the boy took care of the rest! We smooched, said happy new year and went to bed! Oh well!
