Ya know better!!

Well I will be away from GreekChat while I tend to the business of AKA, but I thought I would start a new thread in the spirit of "Guilty Pleasures".

What are some of the things you do you know you know better to do?

1. Sometimes when I an enjoying a piece of Big Red gum, flashbacks of junior high comeback, and there I am popping the he** out of that gum, if they ever have a championship on gum popping watch out!!

2.Taking size 6's to the dressing room, when I know I wear a 8....well maybe a 10. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/cool.gif

3. Falling asleep with my make-up on (a big no no!!!). http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/mad.gif

Buying a four pack of the o' so delicious Cadbury Creme Eggs!

Trying on knee high boots. My legs are so skinny there is ALWAYS that ring of space around my calves. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif

To 1 Woman of Virtue:

I too have been cursed with chicken legs. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif Take a pair of those boots to a shoemaker. They will measure your calves and adjust the boot to fit you. It cost me about $45, so make sure it is a quality boot in a classic style. It is worth it!

I felt so sexy the first time I wore my knee high boots. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

I do that as well. It's always because I'm working and begin to fall asleep.

Here are the things I do that I know I aught not!

1. Walk out of my house in modest attire on Saturday mornings (because I dress up all of the time--I have a tendency to go out in sneakers and jeans and no makeup!
2. I don't eat red meat and pork directly! I'll go 'head and eat some green beans made with salt pork though (if my dad made it, that is!)
3. Reading and watching television when I should be 'tending to my studies and work!

4. Skipping meals instead of exercising to help flatten my stomach

I know I shouldn't

1. Walk around my house in halter tops and booty shorts knowing that I'll never step outside like that.

2. Watch People's Court when I know I should be getting ready for class

3. Skip group meetings that are wholly unproductive

4. Wear mascara and lip gloss to the gym (it sounds superficial but I really can't help it)

5. Skip workouts because I'm having a particularly great hair day

6. Let my two weeks' worth of newspapers pile up so I can have an excuse to lay in bed and read all day

...especially since I took out my twists & got this press 'n curl!

*Eating junk when I'm trying to loose fat & blaming it on PMS cravings (any time of the month)
*drinking soda, coffee, and juice, instead of water!
*not rolling my hair up at night (ugh)
*use hair removal cream to arch eyebrows :( (everything else hurts too much)
*wasting time when I should be doing my work!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting and being three weeks overdue for a relaxer so that your hair will be tight for that upcoming event.
