The Reason this is, is because the Head of the of this total Web Site is only 4 years Old! He cannot really tell time, but is a Friggen Wizard for doing these kinds of things!
He is a Grad Student at a small College in the NE Area of the Country, (USA), and using this as a study for His Masters Thesis and then His Doctorit Thesis. While his parents may not agree, His Proffesors condone it and will not tell Him what to do! He is a study under glass! But, as well as I know him, He just sits and giggles at them! He has tried to reset the clock, but not being able to tell time, it is a dire situation.:( So, I suggest, that you just go on and ignore the clock, if you have a timex and realize that there is a split of time Fractionals, then do not worry. Lag time in the world can be explained by Einstein if you have read him? |
Chances are the GreekChat server's clock may not have been synchronized in a long time - it's something that's easily overlooked; there are plenty of programs out there that can automatically query the atomic clock website (http://nist.time.gov/) and keep an accurate time.
For public-domain atomic clock sync programs, go to http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm |
