Dean will get blown out in the general election if he recieves the nomination. As for Hillary...she is the antichrist

I'm obviously not a Democrat, but I know the answer to this because my best friend interns for Dean. Clark will be VP.

Clark was already being "groomed" to be the running mate for whoever receives the Democratic nomination...still too early to tell I think...

Hillary is a huge liability in a general election. You never want to reinforce negative stereotypes, and she would do that. Clark would be a much better choice because he would shore up some of Dean's weaknesses.

I agree with everyone about Clark, but it really won't matter who Dean picks if the economy keeps going in the direction it has been heading.

I personally would much rather see a Dean/Clark ticket over a Dean/Clinton...but the ticket I'd most like to see would be more Clark/Dean. ;)

Doesn't matter you democrats might as well start planning for who you will nominate in 2008...

4 more years!

Clark has basically said straight out that he will not be Dean's running mate if it comes down to that, saying that Dean can't win and doesn't have enough experience in "national security affairs." Of course he might be singing a different tune if it becomes clear that Dean will definitely be the Democratic candidate . . .

I know Edwards and Dean are not really smug with each other... but I think Dean should ask Edwards. Since Dean is a Northerner, he needs a strong Southern running mate.

Edwards is not a strong Southern running mate.

The Democrats lose the South even if they had a strong Southern running mate.

I was speaking of the South as a whole. Like you said, FL is always a question. Now, where's the coffee?
