need sisterhood/bonding ideas!
 

My chapter of SAI is revamping our pledging process to make it more fun. Also, we have having a LOT more new members than most years this January(20 or so, as opposed to the usual 5 or 6) and we need good ideas to help make the Member-in-Training Class close and build their love for SAI.

I would like to have a small sisterhood/bonding activity at every MIT meeting(I am VP Membership and I lead the new girls' meetings). Usually, I am the only initated member there, so it will have to be something I can do easily. Also it must be a relatively short activity to leave time in the meeting for fraternity education and other necessary items of business.

In addition to little things in the meetings, if you have other sisterhood ideas, that could be done outside of meetings, those would be great too!

I'm open to all suggestions! :)

Try the back masage
 

In our New member ed class/meeting we did a back massage. Have each person take a peice of paper, have them form a line then you right something on the person to your rights back. then you fold the paper so they can't see it, then they move around until everyone has written on something on each paper.

It was a great bonding activity, and it makse you feel good too:D
