I just got my virtual violet (online newsletter for alumnae) and they announced a new colonization at North Georgia College and state University. Oh and for all my theta eta's out there Meghan Miller one of our chapters former president's was on the team that made the presentation to the school.

I just read mine too. How exciting!! Best of luck to those women who are setting out to add another chapter to our sisterhood!!

That's fantastic about the new chapter!!! Especially since it’s at a Georgia school. We all know Greek Life in the South is an entirely different animal. Who wants to put money on the new chapter not being named Kappa Kappa? :o

any updates? from what the national website said about the expansion, the personal inivites were to take place on the 9th of february. just wanted to see how it was going if anyone new about it

i think i answered my own question, because in the new sigma kappa savvy they have an article about the new colony. they pledged 67 new beautiful ladies to our mystic bonds!!!! yeah for them:D
