yanno what is so cool :)
one of my favorite things about being a chi omega is that we are EVERYWHERE. i love the fact that our sisterhood is so large.
examples: my next door neighbor is a chi o a girl that lives down my street (our neighborhood only has about 30 houses) is a chi o a good friend from my church at home is a chi o my eye doctor is a chi o a nurse at our infirmary at school is a chi o the girl who lived across the street from me in the house i was born in is a chi o - she and i played my little ponies together! i pass chi os all the time of the interstate in line at six flags i was in front of three chi os from auburn university my mom just ran into a friend of mine from grade school on - she and i did dance team together. and she's a chi o at mississippi state. i love having connections everywhere - and the fact that we are so proud of our letters to have them everyone! everyone i have met has been SO friendly and excited to meet other chi os. has anyone else ran into an insane number of chi os? :) |
Chi Omegas Everywhere
I have literally run into Chi Omegas everywhere, but still...the most amazing fact to me is:
Out of my high school graduating class there were 88 girls...14 of whom pledged Chi Omega on 8 different campuses. |
i love when im wearing letters at work (a necklace) and someone recognizes them from either being a chi omega or having a daughter or other relative who is one and starts talking about it!! i think its the neatest thing!!!
