I just started this, and I love it! Anyone else use it before?

I used to...it's a great program.

Good program, although as you progress you wll find out that 20 gazillion reps with a 5 pound weight will work but take up so much more of your day than 3 sets of 10 at 20 lbs.
It is a great way for women to start weight training though. Just don't be afraid to progress beyond it. |
Actually you start off with a 3,5, and 8 or 10 pound weights but as the exercises get easier you're supposed to increase the weight, not necessarily the number of reps you do with the same weight. Atleast that's what I do in the same amount of time and I believe what they tell you to do in the videos and booklet that comes with it......
anywho! I bought mine last January after xmas. LOVE IT! If i collect enough money for graduation I want the new dvd's and the stick :) Never can have too many firm videos :) |
