Dartmouth What happened?

Anyone know whatever happened with the whole Dartmouth situation? Remember they were going to phase out Greeks a few years ago in favor of some new PC Cultural Housing?

I think everything has been moving very slooooowly. They admitted a chapter of Theta Nu Xi though, which is good.
