How are the numbers narrowed down?
 

This question is for BGLO's primarily but anyone can answer. At informationals and rush, I know that at times there are 400+ interestees who come out. How are the numbers for those who make it through the MIP and are "on- line" narrowed down, if so many people come out and submit applications?
