Hazing at U of Florida: 2 Suspensions, 1 Case Going to Judicial Board
 

The "Alligator Online" reports today (Dec.3, 2003) that two U of Florida fraternities have been suspended by the Dean of Students Office (DSO) -- Theta Chi for hazing and alcohol violations, and Alpha Epsilon Pi for hazing. Suspensions by the HQs of both fraternities are also reported.

Another case is being referred to the judical board -- a chapter of a sorority is alleged to have hazed.

Looks like UF is taking hazing reports seriously.

The sorority is Sigma Lambda Gamma, a multicultural/Latina sorority. They are not a member of NPC.
